    On January 24, 2016, five JTHCC clinicians completed specialized training in EMDR, a form of psychotherapy that enables individuals to heal from the symptoms and distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. Welcome to Journeys Toward Healing Counseling Center!

Founded September 2011, Journeys Toward Healing Counseling Center has been committed to providing quality mental health services to clients and their families in southern Minnesota. Our agency provides comprehensive psychotherapy services to children, adults, and families to help cope with a range of emotional and behavioral difficulties. We are dedicated professionals, firmly grounded in effective therapy practices, striving to provide our clients with the highest quality of care. Through a combination of compassion, knowledge, and respect, we work with our clients to establish a comfortable and safe environment that encourages personal growth and development.

NOTICE TO CLIENTS: Journeys Toward Healing Counseling Center accepts all major insurance companies, including Medical Assistance and several Employee Assistance Programs. Please contact our intake department at (507) 386-7121 to determine your benefits. We provide reduced rates for individuals without insurance. For qualifying individuals a sliding fee scale is available. Same day pay is also available. Journeys Toward Healing Counseling Center does not deny services based on a person's ability to pay, race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion or sexual orientation.
